At iPhoneNext, we’re committed to getting your preowned iPhone or accessories to you as quickly and safely as possible. Here's everything you need to know about how we handle shipping across South Africa.

🚚 Delivery Areas

We deliver nationwide across South Africa — including all major cities, suburbs, and most townships.

⏱ Delivery Timeframes

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Estimated delivery times:

  • Johannesburg & Gauteng: 1–3 business days
  • Major Cities (Cape Town, Durban, Pretoria, etc.): 2–4 business days
  • Outlying or Rural Areas: 3–5 business days

Please note: delivery times may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or extreme weather.

💳 Order Processing

  • Orders are only processed once full payment is received.
  • You will receive a confirmation email and tracking number once your order ships.

💵 Shipping Costs

  • Standard Delivery Fee: R200
  • Free Delivery on orders over R3 000

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our side.

📦 Packaging

All devices are securely packaged and shipped in protective boxes to prevent damage during transit. Accessories are sealed and packed with care.

🔎 Tracking Your Order

Once your package has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp. You can use this to monitor your parcel’s delivery status in real time.

❗ Missed Deliveries & Address Errors

  • If no one is available at the delivery address, our courier will attempt a second delivery or contact you directly.
  • Please double-check your address and contact details when placing your order — iPhoneNext is not liable for delays due to incorrect shipping information.

📦 In-Store Pickup (Optional)

If you prefer, you may collect your order at our Melrose Arch location. Please contact us to arrange a pickup time once your order is ready.
