At iPhoneNext, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help. Please read our returns policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.

You may return your item within 7 calendar days of receiving it for a refund or exchange if:

  • The product is in original condition (unused, undamaged),
  • All original packaging, accessories, and free items (if any) are included,
  • You provide proof of purchase (receipt or order number).

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected or subject to a restocking fee.

We’re happy to exchange your device for another model or condition grade, depending on stock availability. Exchange requests must be submitted within the same 7-day window.


πŸ’³ Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Please note:

  • Original delivery and return shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • A restocking fee of up to 10% may apply for non-defective returns.

πŸ”§ Faulty or Defective Items

If your device arrives damaged or shows signs of a fault within the return period:

  2. We will assess the issue and arrange a return or replacement at no cost to you.

  1. Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We'll provide you with return instructions and address details.
  3. Pack the item securely with all original contents.
  4. Ship it using a trackable method β€” we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns in transit.

  • Items returned without prior communication may be refused.
  • Devices with signs of physical damage, water damage, or unauthorised repairs are not eligible for return.
  • Software or iCloud-related issues are the customer’s responsibility unless caused by a hardware fault.
