Welcome to iPhoneNext. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, services, and purchases made through iPhoneNext, a South African-based reseller of preowned iPhones and accessories, located in Melrose Arch, Johannesburg.

By using our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Definitions

  • “iPhoneNext” refers to our company, its website, and all services we provide.
  • “Customer” or “You” refers to anyone using our website or purchasing our products or services.
  • “Device” refers to any preowned or refurbished iPhone sold by iPhoneNext.
  • “Accessories” refer to iPhone-compatible products sold on our platform.

2. Product Condition and Quality

All iPhones sold by iPhoneNext are:

  • Preowned or refurbished,
  • Fully tested and verified through a 20+ point quality check,
  • Graded according to cosmetic condition (e.g., Fair, Good, Excellent),
  • Shipped with a 12-month limited warranty unless otherwise stated.

Please note: Although our devices are used, they are guaranteed to be fully functional and network-unlocked unless stated otherwise.

3. Pricing and Payments

  • All prices listed are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT.
  • Prices may change without prior notice.
  • Payment must be made in full before any order is dispatched.
  • Accepted payment methods include EFT, debit/credit cards, and other options listed at checkout.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • We offer delivery throughout South Africa.
  • Standard delivery time is 2–5 business days from order confirmation.
  • iPhoneNext is not liable for delays caused by couriers, incorrect shipping details, or force majeure events.

5. Returns and Refunds

You may return your device within 7 calendar days of receiving it if:

  • The item is in its original condition, unused and undamaged,
  • All original packaging and accessories are included.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, a refund (minus delivery charges) will be issued within 7–10 business days.

Note: A restocking fee may apply for non-defective returns.

6. Warranty

All devices come with a 12-month limited warranty covering:

  • Hardware faults (excluding accidental damage, liquid damage, or misuse),
  • Battery health (minimum 80% at purchase; battery degradation over time is normal),
  • Repairs conducted by iPhoneNext will extend or renew your warranty only on repaired components.

Repairs by third parties or tampering will void your warranty.

7. Repairs and Servicing

We offer in-house repairs, battery replacements, and hardware servicing. Warranty terms apply only to repairs done by iPhoneNext.

Turnaround times for repairs vary and will be communicated upon diagnosis. All devices submitted for repair must be backed up, and iPhoneNext is not responsible for data loss.

8. Device Compatibility and Network

All devices are unlocked unless otherwise stated and should work with most South African mobile networks. It is your responsibility to confirm compatibility with your carrier before purchase.

9. Limitation of Liability

iPhoneNext shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages,
  • Loss of data or personal content during repairs or upgrades,
  • Device issues caused by third-party accessories or apps.

Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product or service in question.

10. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date contact and shipping information,
  • Not use the website or products for unlawful or fraudulent purposes,
  • Use the product in accordance with the manufacturer’s guidelines.

11. Intellectual Property

All website content, product listings, images, logos, and text are the property of iPhoneNext and may not be reproduced without written consent.
